A North Carolina Tarheel by birth, Len is a definitely a people person, and prefers direct contact with the people he works with. Nothing is worse than being a number in his opinion.
Len started his early career serving in the US Navy in Europe, progressing to IT, and serving his country in one form or another ever since.
His peers consider him a subject matter expert in IT Engineering and Integration.
Len feels that creating Byte Systems, and helping people find their niche has been one of his greatest accomplishments. His door is always open to everyone, so don’t be afraid to reach out.

Born in Jacksonville, and growing up in South Florida, Taylor is a true Floridian. Since early in her working life, she has been very passionate about Recruiting.
By interacting with people and getting to really know them on a personal level, she is able to find the best fit for her candidate and the employer. Taylor is a team player and believes working as a team is of fundamental importance.
Being an athlete from an early age, Taylor believes life is a game worth winning, bringing much of her competitiveness to the table. She enjoys being outdoors, you will often find her at the beach, or just cuddling up with her dog at home, listening to a podcast.
Taylor loves meeting new people and takes a special joy in helping them to achieve their goals. She will be excited to be a part of your journey, so do not hesitate to reach out and contact her.

Born in the Hoosier state in a small town on the banks of the Wabash River in the early 1960’s, Tim prefers the personal touch and interviews every candidate that is interested in Byte Systems.
Tim tends to be very laid back, a trait from his Air Force years. He enjoys all kinds of music and quiet time with his Belgian Malinois, Nira. His favorite hobby is travel and escape from the daily grind.
His peers consider him a subject matter expert in IT Operations and he has successfully navigated failing IT Ops back to operational excellence.
